How to Apply

Applicants for both the Freshman class and transfer students must complete the following.  If you are transferring from another high school, please contact the Admission’s Office before filling out an application:

  1. CRSM Online Admissions & Finance Application (requires e-mail address)
  2. Applicant Birth Certificate
  3. Recent Picture of the Applicant (Passport Style Picture)
  4. Application Non-Refundable Fee $25 (NO CASH ACCEPTED) Debit, Credit Card and Banking Account.
    • Debit/Credit Card
  5. Consent to Release Form
  6. CWSP Training & Summer Bridge/Enrichment Courses Acknowledgment
  7. Complete both Empower & Big Shoulders Tax Credit Scholarship Application as soon as it becomes available
  8. Parent/Guardian Form of Identification (Government Issued)
  9. A copy of parents’ current 2022 & 2023 Tax Forms (W2s and 1040 Including all forms and schedules)
  10. If Applicable WIC or SNAP (Link Card) Documentation
  11. 7th Grade Report Card or High School Transcript
    • For Transfers: High School Transcript or Previous School Year Grades
  12. Current Report Card: 1st and 2nd Quarter Grades
  13. A copy of Standardized Test Scores (PARCC, MAP, Terra Nova or ASPIRE)
  14. Attendance Report (Previous and Current)
  15. Recommendation Letters
  16. Student Discipline Report Request Forms

Admissions documents can be sent to admissions@cristoreystmartin.org. When all of the above documents are submitted we will review your file for initial eligibility. Qualified students will then be invited, along with their parents, to interview.

The Admissions Committee meets soon afterwards to review applications and determine final admission. We mail decision letters by the end of the month following the interviews.

Los solicitantes del primer año de preparatoria (9o.) y los estudiantes de transferencia (10, 11 y 12o.año) deben completar lo siguiente. Si usted está transfiriendo a un estudiante de otra escuela preparatoria, por favor póngase en contacto con la Oficina de Admisiones antes de llenar una solicitud:

  1. Solicitud (Admisión y Ayuda Financiera) en línea (correo electrónico requerido)
  2. Acta de Nacimiento del Alumno
  3. Foto de Solicitante (Tamaño pasaporte – Foto tomada con teléfono celular es aceptable)
  4. Pago no-reembolsable de $25 por el trámite de la solicitud de admisión (No se Acepta Efectivo – Pago ÚNICAMENTE en persona)
    • Tarjeta de Crédito
  5. Autorización firmada por los padres/tutores para pedir información del alumno a la escuela de procedencia
  6. Firma del Formulario para el Entrenamiento del Programa de Trabajo (CWSP) y Clases de Verano
  7. Copia de Identificación (ID) de los Padres del Solicitante (Emitida por el Gobierno)
  8. Copia de los Formularios de la Declaración de Impuestos 2022 o 2023 (W2 y 1040 Paquete Completo
  9. Si aplica, Documentación de WIC o SNAP (Tarjeta LINK)
  10. Boleta de Calificaciones del 7º año
    • Para transferencias: certificado de la secundaria o calificaciones del año escolar anterior

11. Boleta de Calificaciones del 1er y 2o cuarto del año escolar que está cursando

12. Copia de los Resultados del Examen Estatal (MAP, Terra Nova, I-Ready o ASPIRE)

13. Reporte de Asistencia del Año en Curso y del Ciclo Escolar Previo

14. Cartas de Recomendación

15. Reporte de Disciplina/Carta de Buena Conducta

Los documentos de admisión pueden ser enviados a admissions@cristoreystmartin.org.

Cuando se envíen todos los documentos, revisaremos su expediente para comprobar si cumple los requisitos iniciales. Si la solicitud está completada los estudiantes cualificados recibirán una invitación, junto con sus padres, a una entrevista.

El Comité de Admisiones se reúne poco después para revisar las solicitudes y determinar la admisión definitiva.
